There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Barnes and Bunde: Page 1, line 2 (title amendment): Delete "; and providing for an effective date" Page 4, line 4: Delete all material. Representative Barnes moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered, and the new title appears below: CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 110(STA) am An Act relating to the confidentiality of certain information in motor vehicle records. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representatives Barnes and Brown: Page 3, following line 5: Insert a new paragraph to read: "(9) for use in connection with a legitimate business operating under a contract with the department;" Renumber the following paragraphs accordingly. Representative Barnes moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn.
